Summary: The PMO Analyst role involves providing critical support to a leading Not-for-Profit Life Sciences organization, focusing on governance, reporting, risk management, and audit readiness for a large-scale capital projects programme. This hybrid position requires collaboration with senior leadership and external stakeholders to enhance programme oversight and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The contract is initially for six months with a potential extension. The role is essential for driving operational efficiency and effective decision-making across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support governance, reporting, RAID management, and audit readiness across projects and programmes.
  • Coordinate multiple interdependent workstreams and contribute to risk mitigation efforts.
  • Enhance programme oversight and improve data integrity and record keeping.
  • Work closely with programme leadership, workstream leads, and external stakeholders.
  • Drive operational efficiency and enable better decision-making across the programme.

Key Skills:

  • Strong PMO background in capital, infrastructure, or transformation programmes.
  • Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity effectively.
  • Skilled in programme governance, compliance, reporting, and planning.
  • Financially aware with experience in cost tracking, forecasting, and resource planning.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including with C-suite executives.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Planner, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Degree in Business, Project Management, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • PMO/project qualification (e.g. P3O, APM PMQ) is desirable.

Salary (Rate): £375
