Summary: The PMO Analyst role involves supporting senior leadership teams within a high-profile organization in the insurance and risk sector. The position requires proven experience in PMO functions and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively. The role is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days in the office, and is set for a duration of 6 months. The successful candidate will contribute to a large program by tracking business cases and assisting in risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support senior leadership teams up to C-Level within a large program.
- Track business cases and make risk assumptions.
- Prepare steering group packs and direct teams effectively.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure effective communication.
- Contribute to stock planning and risk management activities.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a PMO Analyst.
- Experience in an Enterprise Scale Organisation.
- Ability to track business cases and make risk assumptions.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
