Summary: The PMO Analyst role involves supporting senior leadership teams within a high-profile organization in the insurance and risk sector. The role is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days in the office, and is set for a duration of 6 months. The successful candidate will contribute to a large program by tracking business cases and assisting in risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support senior leadership teams up to C-Level within a large program.
  • Track business cases and make risk assumptions.
  • Prepare steering group packs and direct teams effectively.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure effective communication.
  • Contribute to stock planning and risk management activities.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a PMO Analyst.
  • Experience in an Enterprise Scale Organisation.
  • Ability to track business cases and make risk assumptions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Data analysis skills (nice to have).
  • Previous experience in the insurance sector (nice to have).
  • Immediate availability (nice to have).
