Summary: The PMO Analyst role involves supporting a retail client on a project aimed at enhancing stock management capabilities through the rollout of a Demand Forecasting model. The position requires managing project controls, stakeholder relationships, and providing regular status updates. This is a 6-month hybrid contract position. Experience in business change projects with a technical or data focus is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• The rollout of the Demand Forecasting Data-Driven Sales Forecast rollout (planned for 2025)
• Shaping of enhanced model capabilities in Q1 2025.
• Management of outcome sprints, including development of methods alongside other 360 Availability squads
• Management of project controls related to the above including risks, issues, dependencies, finances, stakeholder relationships.
• Provide regular status reporting and alignment with other Stock Management work streams.

Key Skills:

• Experience in business change projects that have had a technical or data element
• Stakeholder management
• Inventory management/Demand planning (advantageous)
