PMO Analyst

Summary: The PMO Analyst role involves supporting the Central PMO team within a financial crime transformation programme at a leading consultancy. The position requires effective communication with stakeholders and meticulous documentation of project information. The contract is for an initial period of six months and is classified as inside IR35. The role is based in Knutsford and offers a daily rate of £306.25.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaising with stakeholders across the bank in relation to the transformation programme
• Maintaining accurate documentation of project information, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports
• General project administration tasks such as managing and sending invites to meetings, minute taking, and distribution of relevant documentation
• Accurate documentation of project milestones
• Reporting of relevant project data to key stakeholders/groups

Key Skills:

• Previous project/PMO experience in the banking/financial services industry
• Strong administration and document experience in previous transformation projects
• Experience of working on transformation programmes in financial crime
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook
• Experience in minute taking
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic
• Experience with Navigator
• Experience in creating calendar views
