Summary: The PMO Analyst role at Westfalia Fruit involves supporting the Group Transformation team in managing and driving large-scale initiatives. The position requires coordination of key milestones, tracking progress, and ensuring adherence to processes to facilitate transformation efforts. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Transformation Office and engage with various stakeholders to maintain momentum in projects. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Kings Hill, Kent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Workstream Leads with meeting preparations and materials for weekly Transformation Office meetings.
- Co-lead meetings with Workstream Leads, providing coaching and support as needed.
- Track and minute discussions, collate action items, and report for respective workstreams.
- Assist in compiling board documents and liaise with the Transformation Office on behalf of Workstreams.
- Act as the Wave ERP superuser, ensuring full user access for teams.
- Manage the Transformation Office calendar and mailbox, track attendance, and prepare for weekly meetings.
- Assign action point follow-ups from daily check-ins and promote a positive organizational culture.
Key Skills:
- Previous experience in project management or as part of a project team.
- Strong understanding of transformation project timelines and milestones.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
- Strong report writing and administrative skills, including experience in minuting meetings.
- Confident problem solver with troubleshooting abilities.
- Willingness to travel to various offices within the Westfalia Fruit group as needed.
- Fluency in additional European languages is advantageous but not essential.
