PMO Analyst

Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a PMO Analyst.

This role will be Inside of IR35, so you will be required to use an FCSA Accredited Umbrella Company.

Key Requirements:

• The PMO Analyst provides administrative, reporting, governance, and project support services to project and programme teams.
• This role offers an opportunity to develop foundational change management, project delivery, and governance skills within a global transformation environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support project governance and reporting activities.
• Maintain project plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and action trackers.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and management information.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, and governance forums.
• Assist with document management and quality assurance reviews.
• Support budget tracking and resource management activities.
• Ensure delivery artefacts comply with standards and controls.
• Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to Change Managers and Project Managers.
• Develop knowledge of change frameworks, tools, and methodologies.

Key Experience:

• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrates curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Experience in project coordination, PMO, administration, or change environments.
• Understanding of project governance and reporting processes.
• Experience supporting multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Demonstrates a learning mindset.
• Takes ownership of assigned activities.
• Communicates clearly and professionally.
• Builds effective working relationships.
• Delivers accurate and timely outputs.
