Summary: The PMO Analyst role involves supporting the governance of the Benchmark change portfolio in Horsham, England, ensuring adherence to project management standards and methodologies. The position requires effective communication and compliance throughout project stages, along with contributing to project proposal analysis and resource planning. The analyst will also maintain portfolio-level reports and assist in project communications to ensure alignment with business objectives. This is a contract position for 2 months, requiring in-person attendance three days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the governance of the Benchmark change portfolio, ensuring adherence to PMO standards and methodologies.
• Ensuring communication and compliance with project management standards throughout all stages.
• Supporting projects to align with established governance, business goals, and expected outcomes.
• Contributing to the analysis of project proposals, particularly regarding funding, timelines, business outcomes, and benefits.
• Providing accurate and timely reports on programme status throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assisting in resource planning across projects, identifying risks, conflicts, or issues.
• Maintaining portfolio-level RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) reports and motivating project team members throughout the project lifecycle.
• Tracking and reporting on project performance to support decision-making.
• Assisting with project communications, including coordinating steering committee meetings and status reports.
• Ensuring alignment of project goals with business objectives.
• Supporting and coordinating project personnel to ensure timely delivery within budget.
