Summary: We are seeking an experienced PMO Analyst for a 6-month interim contract to support the Education Capital Programme, focusing on Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) projects. The role is hybrid, requiring one day onsite at City Hall in Bristol and four days remote work. The candidate will be responsible for various project management support tasks, including documentation and financial reporting. This position is classified as inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare board packs, highlight reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Support project managers with document storage and PM3 tool usage.
  • Track project milestones, actions, risks, and expenditures.
  • Assist with financial reporting and maintaining programme controls.
  • Manage meetings and schedules, ensuring key approvals and deadlines are met.
  • Maintain SharePoint sites and documentation.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in supporting complex programmes and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Programme Support Officer.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, PM3, and programme management tools.
  • Experience in Education Capital delivery or construction projects.
