Summary: The PMO Analyst will support traditional PMO activities within FinTech programmes, focusing on a significant transformation initiative to consolidate multiple reporting systems. This role requires experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and a background in finance is advantageous. The analyst will utilize various project management tools to maintain documentation and manage project risks and issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support traditional PMO activities within FinTech programmes.
  • Assist in a large transformation programme to consolidate multiple reporting systems into one.
  • Utilise SDLC experience to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain and update project documentation using tools such as Excel, Smartsheet, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint.
  • Manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs to ensure project risks and issues are identified and addressed.

Key Skills:

  • Experience with PMO activities.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Expertise in Excel, Smartsheet, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint.
  • Experience managing RAID logs.
