Summary: The PMO Analyst will support traditional PMO activities within FinTech programmes, focusing on a significant transformation initiative to consolidate multiple reporting systems. This role requires experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and a background in finance is advantageous. The analyst will utilize various project management tools to maintain documentation and manage project risks and issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support traditional PMO activities within FinTech programmes.
- Assist in a large transformation programme to consolidate multiple reporting systems into one.
- Utilise SDLC experience to ensure successful project delivery.
- Maintain and update project documentation using tools such as Excel, Smartsheet, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint.
- Manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs to ensure project risks and issues are identified and addressed.
Key Skills:
- Experience with PMO activities.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Expertise in Excel, Smartsheet, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint.
- Experience managing RAID logs.
