p>Essential Skillset/Experience: 
- Very good understanding of Portfolio management frameworks, methodologies, and best practice techniques
- Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills - Proven experience of exposure to Senior stakeholders is critical.
- Strong knowledge of technology infrastructure products and platforms and fintech.
- Strong understanding and experience of financial planning processes including forecasting, management of variances and common project accounting principles (eg cash, directs and P&L accounting)
- Critical thinking and pro-active problem-solving skills, able to work to under pressure to challenging timescales and deliver at pace.
- Very good collaboration skills and ability to engage and bring different teams together.
- Very good time management skills and ability to work under challenging timescales to deliver quickly.
- Experience of continuous improvement.
- Previous experience in the banking domain
