Summary: The role of PMO Analyst involves supporting a global investment bank's transformation program through document tracking, meeting coordination, and project reporting. This 3-month contract position requires a detail-oriented individual with a proven PMO background in an enterprise environment. The role is based in Belfast and offers the potential for extension beyond the initial contract period. The candidate will work on-site at least three days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track documents and schedule meetings.
- Document minutes of meetings and assist in submitting updates for reporting requirements.
- Coordinate project activities and maintain project plans, status reports, and RAID logs.
- Provide support to the market's transformation program within a tier 1 investment bank.
- Administer project methodologies and practices.
- Guide stakeholders in project-related queries.
- Perform other job-related duties as required.
Key Skills:
- Strong track record in a PMO analyst position in an enterprise environment.
- Experience supporting large-scale projects through a PMO lens.

We are delighted to be partnering with a global investment bank in recruiting a PMO analyst for a 3-month contract engagement. You will be responsible for tracking documents, scheduling meetings, documenting minutes of meetings, assisting in submitting updates as needed to meet reporting requirements, coordinating project activities, maintaining project plans, status reports and raid logs. This role is a key role in providing support to the market's transformation program within a tier 1 investment banks transformation program.
