PMO Analyst - Hybrid Working - Umbrella
Our client in the Insurance sector are currently looking to hire a PMO Analyst with Insurance experience to join the team on a contract basis. This role would be hybrid working, with office presence in London/Essex.
In this role you will ensure that initiatives are delivered to a consistent standard by driving effective methodologies and tooling across the portfolio, championing modern delivery practices such as Agile. The role delivers set standards, governance and ways of working while partnering closely with Technology, Business Services & Operations, and other stakeholders across the business.

Experience & Skills Required
- Strong Monday.com, Microsoft teams and Copilot experience
- Experience in delivering large-scale technology and change portfolios.
- Strong experience of portfolio, programme and project governance.
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills at senior level.
- Strong financial acumen, including budget and benefits management.
- Experience within insurance, financial services or a regulated environment.
- Exposure to technology transformation programmes
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery approaches.
