Key Responsibilities:
- Tracking and reporting on the change portfolio, including risks, issues, and performance metrics
- Providing governance, quality assurance, and PMO support across the project lifecycle
- Analysing project data to produce clear insights for senior stakeholders
- Supporting the development and standardisation of PMO processes and tools
- Coaching teams on best practice in project delivery and governance
Key Skills:
- Proven experience working as a PMO Analyst within financial services
- Strong analytical, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with project governance, risk management, and reporting
- Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
- Pensions experience is beneficial but not essential
