Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or the specific portfolio management tool in use at the client is the primary practical requirement. The ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date programme data, spot inconsistencies or emerging issues in programme reporting, and produce clear and well-formatted reports that give senior stakeholders an accurate picture of delivery status is the core operational competency.
