Summary: The PMO Analyst role involves supporting a large Transformation programme focused on organizational design and operational models. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking plans, risks, and actions while managing programme data efficiently. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership. The role is based on-site in Leeds, with a contract length of 6 months and potential for extensions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect weekly programme data from all tech workstreams and projects, ensuring it is comprehensive, accurate, and up-to-date.
• Synthesise and consolidate data, rolling it up to programme level or strategic initiative level, including risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, assumptions, and actions.
• Produce these reports on a weekly basis.
• Provide ongoing feedback on data quality, identify improvement areas, and track these through to resolution.
• Create programme level reporting for key stakeholders, adapting reporting based on the target audience to ensure the analysis is easily understood.
• Support effective programme financial administration, management, and forecasting.
• Organise and store information securely and accessibly, ensuring traceability and keeping everything up to date.
• Contribute towards continuous improvements in delivery practices.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience in a PMO Analyst role, with at least 5 years of experience.
• Experience working on Technical Projects.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to process and manage complex data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
