Summary: The PMO Analyst role involves supporting a large Transformation programme focused on organizational design and operational model changes. The candidate will be responsible for tracking plans, risks, and actions while ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting for senior leadership. This position requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills and experience in managing complex data. The role is based on-site in Leeds with a contract length of 6 months, likely to extend.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect weekly programme data from all tech workstreams and projects, ensuring it is comprehensive, accurate, and up-to-date.
• Synthesise and consolidate data, rolling it up to programme level or strategic initiative level, including risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, assumptions, and actions. Produce these reports on a weekly basis.
• Provide ongoing feedback on data quality, identify improvement areas, and track these through to resolution.
• Create programme level reporting for key stakeholders, adapting reporting based on the target audience to ensure the analysis is easily understood.
• Support effective programme financial administration, management, and forecasting.
• Organise and store information securely and accessibly, ensuring traceability and keeping everything up to date.
• Contribute towards continuous improvements in delivery practices.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience as a PMO Analyst (at least 5 years).
• Experience working on Technical Projects.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to process and manage complex data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
