PMO Analyst- Banking/Finance

Description

The PMO Analyst provides administrative, reporting, governance, and project support services to project and programme teams.

This role offers graduates an opportunity to develop foundational change management, project delivery, and governance skills within a global transformation environment.

Principal Accountabilities

• Support project governance and reporting activities.
• Maintain project plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and action trackers.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and management information.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, and governance forums.
• Assist with document management and quality assurance reviews.
• Support budget tracking and resource management activities.
• Ensure delivery artefacts comply with bank standards and controls.
• Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to Change Managers and Project Managers.
• Develop knowledge of bank change frameworks, tools, and methodologies.

Knowledge & Experience GCB7 (Entry Graduate)

• Recent graduate or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrates curiosity and willingness to learn.

GCB6 (Developing PMO Analyst)

• Experience in project coordination, PMO, administration, or change environments.
• Understanding of project governance and reporting processes.
• Experience supporting multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
