Our PMO team is at the heart of our delivery operation and provides vital input across multiple business areas, we are therefore looking for a confident individual who can quickly establish relationships and build trust.What You'll Be Doing.Project Financial Analysis & Administration Account Management: Establish and maintain accurate project accounts within our PSA Tool, Kantata SX Financial Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports on a monthly and ad hoc basis around actual and forecasted margin, cost, revenue, and effort Client Audit Support: Actively participate in client audits, providing necessary documentation and assistance Data Alignment: Ensure consistent data entry and alignment between client and internal systems to maintain data integrityResource Management Team Allocation: Collaborate with regional leads to strategically assign team members to projects based on their individual skills, experience, and availability Resource Forecasting: Work closely with regional PMO teams and Delivery Managers to anticipate future resource requirements and ensure adequate capacity Challenge Resolution: Proactively address and resolve complex resourcing challenges to ensure timely delivery of customer commitmentsStakeholder Management Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, both internal and external Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, balancing diplomacy with assertiveness to address their needs and concernsProcess Improvement Process Development: Design and implement innovative processes that align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency Continuous Evaluation: Regularly assess existing processes to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancementGeneral SupportAdministrative Tasks: Provide administrative support as needed to contribute to the overall efficiency of the team.RequirementsWhat you'll bring.
