This role will oversee both Aberdeen City Community midwives and the continuity team, Team Violet. This is a management and leadership post and an ideal opportunity for professional development. You will have responsibility for team dynamics, team performance, quality improvement, budget control and duty rosters including on call allocation. The successful midwife will share their clinical knowledge and skills alongside providing compassionate leadership supporting the community team. You will be a role model for the team with excellent leadership skills.
