Summary: We are seeking a Senior Programme Manager to lead high-profile initiatives within a dynamic technology landscape, focusing on large-scale corporate environments. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver multiple complex projects and programmes, ensuring all strategic objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Engage and influence senior stakeholders (MD/Board level), building strong, trusted relationships to ensure alignment across the business.
  • Act as the "go-to" for resolving ad-hoc queries from stakeholders and team members, providing clear guidance and practical, immediate solutions.
  • Structure project activities and resources from scratch to maximize impact, streamline delivery, and create order out of complex workstreams.
  • Partner with teams across Technology, Risk, Finance, and Operations to address challenges and implement industry best practices.
  • Leverage deep infrastructure experience to support and oversee the technical aspects of project delivery.

Key Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Project or Programme Management within the Financial Services sector.
  • Demonstrable ability to drive outcomes and deliver tangible results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong experience in Infrastructure projects (e.g., Cloud migrations, platform rationalisation, or systems integration) is highly advantageous.
