Summary: The Platform Security Developer role focuses on onboarding client applications to Duende Identity Server and enhancing application security through hardening practices. The position requires collaboration with the platform team to develop deployment strategies and provide application-focused support. This is a six-month contract role based in Bristol, requiring SC clearance. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in C#, OpenId, and application security, along with DevOps experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding new client applications to Duende Identity Server
- Identity Server application hardening (review of and improvements to boilerplate UI)
- OpenId client hardening (Identity Server configuration and python fastapi interoperability)
- Work with the platform team to develop a deployment strategy for blue / green deployments
- Application-focussed support to the platform team
Key Skills:
- C# Expert/Senior Developer
- OpenId & Application Security Expert
- Practical experience with Duende Identity Server
- DevOps experience (blue / green deployments in Azure)
- Git Expert
Salary (Rate): 437.50
