Summary: The Platform Support Engineer (L3) role focuses on providing advanced support for Broadcom SiteMinder and related infrastructure within a critical project in the Corporate Digital team. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L3 support for SiteMinder and related infrastructure
- Configure and manage environments across Test, Prod, and DR
- Automate deployments using Jenkins, Groovy, GIT/STASH, Nolio
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain system performance
Key Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with SiteMinder on Linux
- Knowledge of Windows Server, IIS, WebSphere, Apache, JBoss
- Proficiency with DevOps and automation tools (Docker, OpenShift, Chef)
- Familiarity with IAM protocols: SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect
- AWS Certification, Financial Services experience (desirable)

My client is looking for an experienced L3 Platform Support Engineer with strong DevOps tooling experience to join a critical project within their Corporate Digital team. This role focuses on supporting and maintaining Broadcom SiteMinder (formerly CA SiteMinder) running on Linux, with additional support across Windows Server, IIS, and WebSphere environments.
