Summary: The role of Platform Engineer focuses on configuring and supporting integrations between Palantir Foundry and Databricks on AWS. The engineer will manage secure data access and troubleshoot various integration issues while collaborating with engineering, security, and governance teams. Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry and Databricks is essential for success in this position. The role is based in London or Leeds with a hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and support Palantir Foundry integrations with Databricks on AWS
  • Set up and validate Foundry Databricks connectors, datasets, syncs, and permissions
  • Support secure data access across AWS S3, Hive Metastore, Unity Catalog, and Foundry
  • Manage AWS IAM, S3 bucket policies, KMS permissions, and cross-account access
  • Troubleshoot connector, authentication, schema, and query issues
  • Work with engineering, security, and governance teams to deliver secure integration solutions

Key Skills:

  • Hands-on Palantir Foundry experience
  • Strong Databricks on AWS expertise
