Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Platform Architect to design, lead, and govern scalable ServiceNow platform solutions that meet current and future business needs. The role encompasses architecture design, technical leadership, integration oversight, platform optimization, and stakeholder collaboration, ensuring an out-of-the-box first approach with minimal customization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain end-to-end ServiceNow platform architecture across Dev, Test, and Prod environments.
- Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing platform design aligned with business requirements.
- Lead technical decision-making and provide guidance to developers and project teams.
- Oversee ServiceNow implementations including integrations, mid-servers, migrations, and instance setup.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, developers, and operations teams to define functional and non-functional requirements.
- Drive platform optimization using ServiceNow best practices, automation, and technical accelerators.
- Conduct architecture reviews, health assessments, audits, and performance evaluations.
- Support testing strategy, governance compliance, and technical documentation/runbook updates.
Key Skills:
- Strong experience as a ServiceNow Architect / Senior Platform Architect.
- Deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture, design, and enterprise implementations.
- Hands-on knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, integrations, APIs, and Mid Server architecture.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, SSO, LDAP, and third-party system connectivity.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices: out-of-box, configuration, minimal customization.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex architectural decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred.
- CIS certifications in relevant ServiceNow modules are advantageous.
- Experience working in Agile / sprint-based delivery environments.
