A well-established civils, groundworks and RC structures contractor, operating across London and the South East, is seeking to appoint an experienced Plant Manager to support a busy and growing operation. The Role
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role – suited to someone who enjoys being on the ground and directly involved in day-to-day operations, rather than purely overseeing from a distance. You’ll take ownership of the business’s plant and equipment, ensuring it is:
- Available, compliant and properly maintained
- Correctly allocated across live civils and groundworks projects
- Cost-effective, efficient and fit for purpose
