Summary: An experienced planner is sought to manage planning, scheduling, and reporting for a large programme, requiring SC clearance. The role involves developing and maintaining schedules, conducting performance analysis, and ensuring compliance with programme governance. The position is primarily remote with a requirement to travel to Corsham two days a week. Candidates with high-level security clearance are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain and report on a single version of the truth for planning artefacts liaising with stakeholders
- Develop and maintain resource loaded schedules including detailing appropriate level of tasks, associated risks, dependencies, assumptions and resources overlayed
- Conduct routine analysis of performance across the programme
- Undertake critical path analysis and reporting
- Maintain baseline and variances against the baseline
- Develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule
- Develop and maintain risk mitigation plans into schedules
- Co-ordinate monthly reviews of POL engaging with team members to provide assurance to the programme
- Provide reporting in line with programme governance ensuring understanding and narrative of programme performance against baseline is provided to programme stakeholders in line with governance requirements
Key Skills:
- Experience in planning and scheduling

- SC clearance or eligibility for security clearance
