Summary: The role of Planner involves joining a leading UK developer to oversee a landmark multi-phase residential scheme of up to 3,000 units. The position is site-based and focuses on the planning and delivery of a complex project, ensuring alignment with construction, commercial, and design teams. The Planner will be responsible for developing and managing construction programmes while monitoring progress and implementing strategies to mitigate risks. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage and update detailed construction programmes for a major multi-phase scheme
- Monitor progress, identify risks and opportunities, and implement mitigation strategies
- Work closely with site teams, subcontractors and senior management
- Produce regular programme reports and progress updates
- Support short-term and long-term planning across multiple workstreams
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Planner on large residential or mixed-use developments
- Strong working knowledge of planning software (Asta Powerproject / P6 or similar)
- Experience working on complex, phased projects
- Confident communicator with the ability to work site-based in a fast-paced environment
- Background with a main contractor or developer preferred

The Role:
You will play a key role in the planning and delivery of a complex, large-scale project from early phases through to completion. Working closely with construction, commercial and design teams, you will ensure programmes are robust, realistic and aligned with project milestones.

About You:
Proven experience as a Planner on large residential or mixed-use developments
