Summary: The Planned Works Project Manager role in East London involves overseeing and managing the delivery of planned maintenance and refurbishment projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage the delivery of planned maintenance and refurbishment projects from inception to completion.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is carried out to the required standards and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective delivery of services.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurately maintained and up to date.
- Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in project delivery processes and implement best practices.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
- Directly contribute to the successful delivery of the Housing Revenue Account Capital Programme.
