Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertaking pre and post inspections on void properties, ensuring adherence to lettable standards.
  • Acting as the expertise point on Planned Maintenance, Minor Works, Refurbishment Works, and Health and Safety.
  • Producing detailed reports post-survey, including options for remedial works and associated costs.
  • Maintaining and updating knowledge of current building regulations and informing colleagues of relevant changes.
  • Leading contract discussions and ensuring all works are completed within pre-agreed budgets.

Key Skills:

  • Construction or Surveying Qualification.
  • Social Housing contract management experience.
  • Experience overseeing budgets circa £500k.
  • Experience monitoring KPIs to ensure contract health.
