You will be responsible for ensuring the correct items are picked and packed in accordance with the picking slip. You will be working in a fast paced environment and will be reporting into the Production Supervisor.Contracted hoursMonday 9am-5pm with a 30 minute unpaid lunchTuesday - Friday 9:30am-3pm with a 30 minute unpaid lunch breakRequirementsAs a Production Operative at Pact Coffee you will be responsible for the handling and packaging of our product to ship to our customers whilst maintaining the highest levels of customer experience.Your responsibilities will include;Labelling coffee bags with the utmost care and attentionWeighing and grinding coffee ensuring accuracy of weight and product qualityFilling and sealing coffee bags to satisfy daily customer demandPacking coffee and hardware items ready to ship to our business and home customersAdhere to the food hygiene standards following specific operating proceduresAs a team, clean the operation and working areas in preparation for next dayWe strongly encourage people of colour, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and non-binary people, parents, and individuals with disabilities to apply.
