Summary: A PHP Developer is needed for a contract role with a rapidly expanding eCommerce company in London, offering hybrid working arrangements. The position involves working in a fast-paced CI/CD development squad, focusing on multiple projects across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience with PHP and AWS, with additional knowledge of Node.js being a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain applications primarily using PHP, adhering to SOLID principles.
- Collaborate within a cross-functional development squad following SCRUM methodologies.
- Work on multiple projects across the company's digital platforms.
- Utilize AWS services, including Lambda, Aurora, or Dynamo DB.
- Contribute to the development of microservices using Node.js and GO.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in PHP and understanding of SOLID principles.
- Experience with AWS services, particularly Lambda, Aurora, or Dynamo DB.
- Familiarity with Node.js is desirable.
- Experience in eCommerce development is a plus.

PHP/Node/AWS/SOLID/eCommerce
A great opportunity for a PHP Developer to work for a rapidly expanding eCommerce company in London on a contract basis. This role would be hybrid working in London.
The PHP Developer will work in a fast-paced CI/CD cross functional development squad, following SCRUM principles. The role will be project based so you will have the opportunity to work on multiple projects across the company's digital platforms.
The majority of code is PHP; however recently some microservices have been built in GO and Node utilising AWS Lamda.
Experience required/Tech Stack:
- PHP - SOLID principles, abstract classes
- AWS Services (Ideally Lambda, Aurora or Dynamo DB but open to other AWS services)
- Node.js experience would be nice to have
PHP/Node/Golang/AWS
