Summary: The Phenom Analyst role at a major media corporation involves configuring and testing the Phenom platform, with a focus on Talent Acquisition. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with gathering functional and technical requirements
- Configure the Phenom platform based on requirements and leading practices
- Support system rollouts including planning, configuring, testing, and hypercare
- Identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues that may impact project success
- Develop and maintain documentation for projects
- Review deliverables and configuration completed by the Phenom team
- Provide additional system and analytical support as needed
- Participate in meetings with clients, partners, vendors, and end users
- Communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders
- Coordinate bi-directional integrations associated with the solution
- Provide deep knowledge of HR products including Talent Acquisition/Recruiting capabilities

Pay Rate: $90 - $93/hr DOE
Must Haves:
- Must have Phenom experience either in 1) implementation 2) configuration or 3) product experience
- Must have Technical Writing skills - Expert
- Must have excellent communication skills - articulate risks, defined, able to address issues, suggest, etc. both with stakeholders and vendors
- Will be expected to configure and test, and will work with teams on UAT phase of projects - THIS SKILL IS A MUST HAVE
Job Description:
Workforce Technology is responsible for the strategy, implementation and end user support for enterprise systems for the workforce. This department within Enterprise Technology is responsible for partnering with the functional Center(s) of Excellence in Human Resources to develop their strategy & roadmap, piloting software and leading projects for system expansion. This position will be responsible for the configuration of a Talent Acquisition implementation of the Phenom platform. This role will work closely with members of Enterprise Technology, as well as clients, external vendors and consultants.
Responsibilities:
Assist with gathering functional and technical requirements
Configure the Phenom platform based on requirements and leading practices
Support system rollouts including planning, configuring, testing, and hypercare
Identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues that have the potential to adversely impact project success, escalating as appropriate
Develop and maintain documentation for projects
Review deliverables and configuration completed by Phenom team, providing feedback and/or revising to meet standards
Provide additional system and analytical support as needed
Participate in meetings with clients, partners, vendors, and end users individually and group settings
Communicate effectively, using both written and verbal methods, with a broad range of internal & external stakeholders, including executive levels
Coordinate (with the integrations team) the bi-directional integrations associated with solution
Provide deep knowledge of HR products including Talent Acquisition/Recruiting capabilities
Basic Qualifications:
2-5+ years working with HR (Human Resources) Software As a Service (SAAS) Applications supporting the configuration, testing or equivalent
Extensive working knowledge of Talent Acquisition systems
2-5+ years of full project lifecycle experience (requirements development through implementation)
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or Business Administration (or similar degree or 2-4 years additional equivalent experience)
Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Access, Excel, Visio, and Project
Preferred Qualifications:
Phenom platform experience o master's degree in information technology, Business Management or related field
Experience designing for both corporate and hourly employee segments/personas
Experience working for a large-scale, multi-national company
