Summary: The Pharmacy Learning and Development Designer role involves designing and developing training interventions for Boots pharmacy and healthcare colleagues. This position requires collaboration with various teams and external partners to enhance professional development and career pathways. The designer will be accountable for creating innovative learning solutions that align with business strategies and support the healthcare agenda. The role is based in the Nottingham Support office and requires a registered pharmacist with relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scope, design, and deliver innovative learning interventions for the pharmacy team.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders in the L&D team, Support Office, and field/store teams.
- Ensure training solutions are current, patient-centered, and aligned with business strategy.
- Contribute to the wider healthcare agenda for a seamless learning experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external training providers for tailored training interventions.
Key Skills:
- GPhC/PSNI Registered Pharmacist.
- Minimum of 2 years post-registration experience in community pharmacy.
- Background in people development and training.
- Line management experience in stores (desirable).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
