Summary: The PET-CT Academy Programme Manager will lead the development and delivery of a hybrid educational program for the PET-CT imaging workforce, both nationally and potentially internationally. This role involves strategic planning, partnership management, and operational leadership of a small education team, while ensuring quality and effectiveness in educational offerings. The manager will also engage with various stakeholders to enhance educational outcomes and support the future workforce in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and oversee the delivery of a hybrid educational program for the PET-CT imaging workforce.
- Set strategic goals and manage partnership relationships with Alliance Medical Ltd and other stakeholders.
- Oversee the management of a small education team and collaborate with clinical and educational directors.
- Ensure quality and effectiveness of educational programs through innovative approaches and modern technologies.
- Engage with professional and statutory bodies to enhance outreach and learner engagement.
- Manage budgets and deliver educational programs under pressure and to deadlines.
- Occasionally travel across the UK to support educational delivery.
