Summary: As a Personal Injury Claims Handler at The AA, you will triage personal injury claims through the MOJ portal and manage a portfolio of claims. Your role involves assessing liability, managing customer expectations, and mentoring junior team members. You will also ensure compliance with the FCA Treating Customers Fairly guidelines while contributing to the development of the Personal Injury department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Triaging all OIC/MOJ/Small claims/direct claimant claims
  • Handling OIC/MOJ/small claims/direct claimant claims and non-MOJ personal injury claims
  • Assessing liability for accidents and advising customers on prospects
  • Identifying and reporting claims with poor prognostic indicators
  • Accurately recording customer information regarding incidents
  • Improving customer claims experience by identifying process gaps
  • Ensuring fair treatment of customers and delivering world-class service
  • Supporting efficiency projects and participating in departmental initiatives

Key Skills:
