Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a PA to the Director of Housing and Regeneration. Housing and Regeneration is an exciting and fast paced environment with a broad remit covering housing development and estate regeneration, the delivery of services to council tenants and the delivery of Housing Advisory Services and solutions for people facing homelessness. We are looking for dynamic individual to provide confidential, high quality and comprehensive administrative, secretarial and PA support to the Director of Housing and Regeneration. The post holder will be expected to work effectively as part of the team to support the Senior Management Team (SMT). This will include setting up, maintaining and reviewing processes and systems to ensure effective day to day operation of the department, in accordance with relevant legislation and statutory requirements. We are looking for a highly skilled administrator with problem solving skills, the ability to plan, organise and prioritise to meet deadlines and a positive can do attitude, who is looking to gain a broad oversight of how a busy Housing and Regeneration Department runs. This is a great opportunity to work with Senior Managers and partners.
