Key Responsibilities:
- Extensive scheduling of meetings and managing the inbox and diary for the Senior Managing Lawyer.
- Acting as the first point of contact for external and internal contracts.
- Collaborating with PA team members and covering for other PA roles as needed.
- Arranging travel and processing expenses and invoices.
- Updating trackers accurately and timely.
- Managing legal engagement for onboarding law firms and vendors.
- Overseeing the legal work allocations rota.
- Assisting with key departmental projects.
- Creating, amending, and updating reports and spreadsheets.
- Performing additional tasks to meet business needs.
