A leading luxury hospitality group is looking for an ongoing (long term) temporary Team Coordinator to support their global sales team.You will be based at their offices in Knightsbridge within one of their 5 star hotels.This is a fast paced environment supporting a team of very busy Sales Managers who travel 90% of the time.Responsibilities will include:Assistance with event planning- managing invitations, supply chain and dietary requirementsDatabase cleansingAdministrative tasks- purchase requests, travel arrangements etc.Liaising with Finance and ProcurementManaging enquiriesOccasional event attendance to manage the guestlistEtc!They are a lovely team of people and your role will be varied and challenging.You must have solid administrative and communication skills.Hourly rate 17.50 plus holiday.This is a Monday- Friday role, 40 hours a week and office based.
