Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management of the branch to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Holding the CQC/CIW registration and ensuring compliance with guidelines.
- Recruiting and guiding new team members through the recruitment process.
- Seeking new business opportunities to support commercial growth.
- Regularly reviewing branch operations to meet customer needs.
- Communicating and implementing policies and procedures effectively.
- Supporting staff and carers with training and development.
Key Skills:
- Level 5 NVQ in Management in care or willingness to achieve it.

- Experience in the care sector at management level.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
