Summary: The Performance Test Lead-GCP role requires a candidate to lead a team of performance testers while also being hands-on in their approach. The ideal candidate should possess extensive knowledge of performance tools and monitoring systems, as well as experience with complex infrastructures. They will be responsible for analyzing, debugging, and proposing enhancements to both code and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of performance testers.
- Be hands-on and lead by example in performance testing.
- Utilize performance tools and monitoring systems such as LRE, Gatling, Splunk, JMeter, and Dynatrace.
- Conduct workload modeling and analysis.
- Work with operating systems including GCP and OCPz.

- Propose enhancements to code and infrastructure.
