Performance Media Manager

We're looking for a senior Digital & Content leader to own strategy, social and content across two formula brands.

Location: London

Duration: Initial 6-Month Contract

Key responsibilities:

• Own digital, content and social strategy.
• Lead content calendars, creative briefs and publishing.
• Lead social and influence teams.
• Ensure brand consistency, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Translate consumer insight and data into actionable strategy.
• Report on SOV, engagement, sentiment and brand impact.

Essential experience:

• Strong digital, social and content strategy experience.
• Deep understanding of social platforms and algorithms.
• Proven team/agency leadership and coaching skills.
• Strong knowledge of UK ASA and WHO Code compliance.
• Excellent data, strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills.
