Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager/Specialist CampaignsLocation: Hybrid/Manchester (2-3 days onsite per week)Contract: 3-6 monthsSalary: 45,000 pro rataAbout the RoleWe are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager/Specialist to join our clients team on a 3-6 month contract basis. This role focuses on managing and executing the campaign plan for performance marketing channels to maximize customer acquisition and engagement for a leading retailer. You will work closely with agencies, marketing, and trading teams to develop and implement effective strategies that drive both frequency of purchase among existing customers and acquisition of new customers. This is a hybrid role, requiring 2-3 days per week on-site in the Manchester office.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Planning and Management: Develop and manage the campaign plan for various performance marketing channels, ensuring alignment with business goals and maximizing the impact of each campaign.Collaboration with Key Stakeholders: Work closely with external agencies, internal marketing teams, and trading teams to develop and refine campaign strategies that drive both customer retention and new customer acquisition.Targeting Strategy: Ensure that campaign strategies are effectively targeted to both existing customers, to drive frequency of engagement, and new customers, to expand the customer base.Supplier Funding Management: Oversee and manage the supplier funding for performance marketing, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to support campaign effectiveness and achieve desired outcomes.Performance Analysis and Optimization: Regularly analyze campaign performance data, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future strategies and ensure continuous improvement.Reporting and Communication: Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, funding utilization, and strategy outcomes for internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of results and strategic direction.Key Skills and ExperienceExperience in managing multi-channel performance marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, and optimization.Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies, particularly in driving both customer acquisition and retention.Experience working with external agencies and cross-functional internal teams to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.Proven track record in managing supplier funding and optimizing the use of resources to achieve marketing objectives.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid working environment.Detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality work and achieving measurable results.Please apply now or email jpthomas@welovesalt.com an updated CV.
