Summary: The Performance Marketing Manager role in Birmingham is a freelance position requiring three days a week commitment, focusing on managing and optimizing performance marketing strategies for various brands. The successful candidate will oversee paid media campaigns, email marketing, and collaborate with clients to enhance e-commerce performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Running paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google Ads, YouTube, and Amazon.
- Owning the email marketing strategy via Klaviyo, including setting up automations, flows, and lifecycle journeys.
- Working closely with clients to boost Shopify site performance and conversion.
- Managing Amazon Ads and storefronts using SEO and data insights.
- Getting involved with campaigns on retailer platforms like CitrusAd.
- Reporting on performance and identifying ways to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and more.
- Collaborating with the creative team to bring campaigns to life.
- Mentoring a junior team member and contributing to wider business growth.
Key Skills:
- 3-5 years' experience in performance/digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Amazon Campaign Manager, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Solid CRM/email marketing knowledge, with Klaviyo being a significant advantage.
- Proficient in data and performance metrics, with a focus on improving results.
- Proactive, commercially minded, and enjoys working across different brands.
- Agency experience is a bonus but not essential.
