Summary: The Performance Marketing Manager role in Birmingham is a freelance position requiring three days a week commitment, focusing on managing and optimizing performance marketing strategies for various brands. Key Responsibilities:
- Running paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google Ads, YouTube, and Amazon
- Owning the email marketing strategy (via Klaviyo), setting up automations, flows, and lifecycle journeys
- Working closely with clients to boost Shopify site performance and conversion
- Managing Amazon Ads and storefronts using SEO and data insights
- Getting involved with campaigns on retailer platforms like CitrusAd
- Reporting on performance and spotting ways to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and more
- Collaborating with the creative team to bring campaigns to life
- Mentoring a junior team member and playing a part in wider business growth
Key Skills:
- 3-5+ years' experience in performance/digital marketing
- Strong across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Amazon Campaign Manager, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.
- Solid CRM/email knowledge (Klaviyo is a big plus)
- Sharp on data and performance metrics
- Proactive, commercially minded, and loves working across different brands
- Agency experience is a bonus but not essential
