Summary: The Performance Marketing Lead will play a crucial role in a high-growth consumer tech business, overseeing the performance marketing strategy and execution across various digital channels. Key Responsibilities:
- Owning and optimising performance channels including Paid Social, Search and Affiliates
- Managing and allocating budget to maximise efficiency and return on spend
- Identifying quick wins and longer-term growth opportunities across acquisition activity
- Partnering with creative and brand teams to improve ad performance and conversion
- Running structured tests and experiments to drive continuous optimisation
- Monitoring key metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates) and making data-led decisions
- Delivering clear performance reporting and actionable insights to stakeholders
- Working cross-functionally to improve the end-to-end customer journey and funnel
Key Skills:
- Strong experience in performance marketing within a B2C or high-growth environment
- Proven track record managing multi-channel acquisition campaigns
- Highly analytical with a commercial mindset and confidence working with data

This is a key role sitting at the heart of the growth function, with full ownership of performance marketing strategy and execution across a range of digital channels.
The role: You’ll take the lead on driving customer acquisition, managing significant media budgets and optimising performance across paid channels.
