Summary: The Performance & Reporting Manager will lead operational reporting and performance analysis for a global consumer technology brand across multiple European markets. This hybrid role focuses on transforming complex operational data into actionable insights to support decision-making and business growth. The position requires collaboration with various teams to align reporting with business objectives and drive continuous improvement in reporting processes. The role is based in the London area, requiring three days in the office and two days working from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve operational performance reporting criteria.
- Define reporting requirements, KPIs, metrics, governance standards, and calculation logic.
- Review, validate, and sign off on AI reporting outputs and insights to ensure accuracy and business relevance.
- Analyse operational performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Prepare and present performance insights and executive reporting for senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement of reporting processes, automation, and analytics capabilities.
- Partner with operational, governance, and analytics teams to align reporting with business objectives.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years' experience in project/programme management.
- 3+ years’ experience in performance reporting, business intelligence, or analytics.
- Strong experience analysing operational data and producing actionable business insights.
- Understanding of KPIs, SLAs, operational performance, and governance frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience using Jira and Confluence.
- Knowledge of reporting automation, AI-enabled analytics, or business intelligence tools is advantageous.
