Summary: The Performance & Engagement Consultant will play a crucial role in enhancing employee performance and engagement within a leading UK financial group. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage performance management systems to support individual and team growth.
  • Collaborate with leaders and HR teams to ensure alignment with organisational goals and performance expectations.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data to enhance productivity and employee development.
  • Conduct engagement surveys, analyse results, and work closely with leadership to develop and implement action plans.

Key Skills:
