Summary: The Senior Engagement & Insights Manager is responsible for implementing the colleague engagement strategy within the Performance, Engagement & Development team. This role requires a focus on data-driven decision-making to enhance employee engagement while considering customer impact and diversity. The manager will lead engagement initiatives, conduct surveys, and communicate insights to senior leadership. Collaboration with various stakeholders is essential to align engagement efforts with the organization's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Annual MyVoice and Pulse Surveys in support of overarching business strategic drivers.
  • Work with HRLT, ELT, and other key stakeholders to set the themes/questions for each quarterly approach.
  • Regularly analyse and report on emerging and legacy trends to improve engagement initiatives.
  • Consult with and lead senior teams on engagement scoring, results, and recommendations for action.
  • Build and inspire a network of business unit engagement representatives to drive local action.
  • Keep up to date with sector best practices and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Skills:

  • Experience with pulse and annual surveys, including data insights and actions.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in creating culture dashboards.
  • Proven track record in delivering workforce engagement events.
  • Ability to work at a senior level and act as a trusted adviser in employee engagement.
  • Experience in designing and executing effective employee engagement programmes.
  • Strong communication skills and experience in operationalising employee opinion surveys.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and reporting.
  • Strong influencing and relationship-building skills with stakeholders.
  • Understanding of current engagement best practices and legislation.
  • Commercial experience and business acumen.

Salary (Rate): £345
