Summary: Wrightbus is looking for a Performance and Development Co-ordinator for a fixed-term contract of 12 months to cover maternity leave. The role focuses on supporting the P&D team with employee relations, training, and apprenticeship recruitment while ensuring adherence to organizational policies. Building strong relationships within the business to provide a value-added service is essential. The position requires responding to queries from managers and employees and assisting with various HR-related documentation and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with apprenticeship recruitment and selection, including documentation and candidate onboarding.
- Promote employee morale and provide advice on employee relations matters.
- Support the HR Department with grievances, disciplinaries, and performance documentation.
- Maintain and update the skills matrix and collaborate with managers on training plans.
- Ensure accurate updates to P&D information systems and prepare reporting for continuous improvement.
Key Skills:
- CIPD Level 3 or above in L&D/HR or equivalent qualifications and experience.
- Experience in coordinating onboarding for new employees.
- Strong computer skills for collating training information and creating reports.
- Experience ensuring compliance with mandatory training requirements.
