Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the delivery of performance measurement outsourcing across internal IBOR systems and third-party platforms.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders across time zones, including third-party providers and internal teams.
- Provide deep subject matter expertise in performance measurement, IBOR, and investment data.
- Drive testing, documentation, and process development to ensure seamless transition to BAU.
- Represent the business in client meetings, working sessions, and senior stakeholder engagements.

- Investment Management Experience: Minimum 3 years in performance roles within global asset managers or consulting firms.
- Technical & Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of performance calculation methodologies, asset classes, IBOR data, and SQL/VBA or similar tools.

We are seeking a highly experienced Performance & Analytics Specialist to join a dynamic project team responsible for outsourcing performance measurement to a global service provider. This is a unique opportunity to contribute subject matter expertise, business analysis, and project execution skills to a multiphase delivery programme spanning all asset classes and product types.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the delivery of performance measurement outsourcing across internal IBOR systems and third-party platforms.
